This is a scientifically designed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises intentionally sequenced to work the entire body - bones to skin; inside out; down to a cellular level. Each pose is held for a specific amount of time, up to 1 minute. The room is heated to warm the body externally which allows us to go deeper into each pose. This class is appropriate for all levels.

This style of yoga creates a union between breath and movement. Throughout the class, we will flow through a sequence of poses designed by each teacher for each day. The room is heated to ensure safety while moving deeper into each pose. This class is appropriate for all levels.

This style of yoga targets deep connective tissues of the body. This restorative, slow practice is unique because you are asked to relax superficial muscles in order to thoroughly target deep fascia. This stimulates regeneration of connective tissue, promotes the longevity of joints, increases flexibility and range of motion. Psychologically, this meditative practice is calming and relaxing for the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Yoga Sculpt is a flow-based yoga practice with the addition of weighted dumbbells. This class is appropriate for all levels.
