All you have to do is breathe. I realize that sounds really kitsch, but it's true! That's really the most important piece of the practice. It's what you can take with you off the mat, and it's how you create space between sensation and reaction. If you can breathe, deep and free, during the most challenging part of your yoga practice, you can breathe in any situation.
